Chloe was born and raised in a builder’s family. She was awarded a full scholarship to The Cooper Union, one of the most prestiges school of architecture and art of its time, where she studied architecture and graduated with the School’s top honor: the Excellence in Architecture Award.

Named one of the Top 30 Under 30 Chinese Americans, Chloe has worked on a wide range of design projects—from high-end commercial spaces and museums to private residences. Over the past four years, she has designed more than 100 homes and overseen multiple luxury residential projects from concept through construction.

Chloe is passionate about transforming the built environment not only through good design but also by empowering more people to actively shape the spaces they live in.

Gabriel studied architecture on a full scholarship at The Cooper Union, where he graduated with a Structural Design Award. He also holds a degree from the University of East London. Before founding Design with FRANK, he practiced architecture in reputation profession firms in Paris, London, and New York, contributing to projects such as the JFK Airport redevelopment, the Grand Canal Museum, and numerous high-end cultural buildings in Italy and China.

A true polymath, Gabriel is also an inventor who sees architecture as a vehicle for technological advancement. He has built two large-scale 3D printers capable of fabricating furniture, and actively codes and develops AI-powered tools and architectural software. He is currently leading the development of our in-house design platform.

Huize Wu was born into a family of architects and raised in Southern China, and moved to New York to pursue her passion for design. She earned her degree in Architecture with a minor in Interior Design from Pratt Institute, where she received an International Scholarship and graduated with the school’s top honor in the Degree Project Design Award.

During her studies, she spent a semester in Rome, exploring the city’s rich architectural history and urban transformation.

She later completed her Master’s in Advanced Architectural Design at Columbia University. Huize’s work spans across scales and disciplines, driven by a sensitivity to context, materiality, and the emotional experience of space.

Lucas Agnello is a dedicated family man with a passion for visualization and 3D modeling. He was the first team member to join Design with Frank and has worked closely with the team for over four years, helping develop a range of housing projects from concept to execution.With deep expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital design, Lucas has also contributed to large-scale commercial work, including retail environments for Decathlon’s internal interior design team.
